In order to make a strong sheet feeder body, we put raw material outdoor for timming process and use one piece body frame to ensure strong and stable running. And do heat treatment and finish to the whole body frame. The rail for feeder moving is one time finishing by a big CNC machine to ensure different rail same level.

In the setting of sheet feeder, we adopts fully automatically oil lubrication system, which ensures the whole feeder and screw in smooth running condition.The CNC sheet feeder program is developed by our engineer under many years improvement.We use famous brand electrical component like original Japanese Panasonic PLC for controller and panasonic servo motor,SMC pheumatic parts.And we have remote control function in the system.
