Our retangular can fully auto production line with the speed of 40cpm is used for the production of 1-5L square can body. This whole machine with compact design occupies samller space than traditional design. The production line adopts cam type can feeding, cam type can clamping. The speed is adjustable to meet custom requirement. And It also adopts magnetic end seperation, servo motor end feeding to ensure fast end feeding and good seaming quality. Recently our company has successfully to make a 60cpm retangular can fully auto production line with two expanding heads, which greatly increase the production speed.
Working flow
Cans upright conveying - Positioning - Expanding - Flanging - Bottom seaming- 180° turn over - - Flanging-Top seaming - Finish.
