Our 18L square can fully auto production line with the speed of 30cpm is used for the production of 18L ,20L square can body. This production line adopts pure machanical cam transmission, cam type can feeding, and can jam protection function to make a smooth running. Our speed is adjustable to meet the requirement of customer. The flanging station adopts inside and outside roller flanging design to make the flanging more even and ensure the seaming quality. And there are two kinds of end feeding for seaming machine, one is knife seperator feeding, the other is sucker feeding. Working flow Cans upright conveying - First Positioning - Second Positioning- Expanding - Beading - Upper flanging - Lower flanging - Bottom seaming - 180° turn over- Top seaming - finish.
