350EPM Double Mould Twist Off Cap
The Twist Off Cap(Double mould)production line can produce 350pcs cap per minute. It can produce twist off cap for jar cap/glass bottle cap.
The twist off cap type inlcudes RTS/RSB/DTO/DTB/MTO/MTB/RTO/
RTB. And customer can choose the cap with or without safety button. The standard size of twist off cap includes 38#,48#,58#,63#,70#,82#. The line is consist of CNC sheet feeder-C type/portal press-forming machine(curling/forming/lining)-oven.
Our Electrical control system, Main Pneumatic part, Balance cylinder of press, Screw of sheet feeder , Mould frame bearing etc all adopts famous brand component.
