OUR oven adopts OMRON PLC control system for easy operation and maintenance. It equipes with the auto alarm protection system to ensure stable running. To avoid bubble of coating, we design the oven to be controlled separately. Our intelligent mode control system let the oven work smartly. When can pass by heater, the machine starts, without can, the machines stop. The curing curve can be set based on different coating materials.
OUR ADVANTAGE
►Adopts rare earth induction coil to ensure long time stable heating and good drying effect. Compared with the traditional copper coil, it has the advantage of stablity and avoid the copper coil deformation problem.
►Only the coating area is heat to save energy. Each conductor is 2 meter long, Each conductor powder consumption is only 1kw which saves at least 90% energy compared with the traditional induction oven.
►Whole machine is equiped with cover and waste air discharge system.
►The oven adopts magnetic belt. The can size change can be adjusted automatically(When change can size, the operator only needs to change the data by touch panel).
►Intelligent working mode, When can pass by heater, the machine starts, without can, the machines stop.
